RouteX is a full-stack SaaS platform for delivery operations management — connecting merchants, dispatchers, and drivers in one unified system. Four independent interfaces working in harmony: the admin dashboard, merchant portal, driver PWA, and public tracking page.

Small and mid-size delivery companies manage operations through WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and manual logs — no real-time shipment visibility, no driver tracking, and no accurate accounting. The result: lost parcels, financial disputes, and dissatisfied customers.
הפתרון שלנו
We built a complete platform with four independent interfaces: an operator dashboard with a live map and smart dispatch, a merchant portal for creating shipments and monitoring balance, a driver PWA with a clear workflow and delivery proof, and a public tracking page requiring no login. All with full Arabic, Hebrew, and English support.
