We respect your privacy. Here is, plainly, what the KASE website collects, why, who we share it with, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

KASE is a digital studio that designs and builds websites, stores and apps. For anything about privacy, contact us at kaseagency@gmail.com or 052-816-2189.

What we collect

  • The message form: your name, email, phone number if you add it, the project type and your message.
  • The “Start your project” form: the message is put together on your device, and nothing reaches us until you send it yourself on WhatsApp. Your draft stays in your browser for the visit only.
  • The AI assistant: your questions are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the answer, and we don’t keep the conversations. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in it.
  • Visit statistics — only after you agree: the page you visited, your device type, your approximate location (country and city) as estimated by our host, the page you came from, campaign tags and a random session number. We don’t store your IP address. If Google Analytics is enabled, it runs only after you agree, with part of the IP address masked.

Why we use it

To reply to your message and talk about your project, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don’t sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We rely on technical services to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Anthropic (the AI assistant) and Google (statistics, only after you agree).

When you choose to reach us on WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn, those platforms’ policies apply.

Storage in your browser

Your browser keeps your choice about statistics, a session number (only after you agree) and your “Start your project” draft during the visit. You can clear these in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as long as needed to reply to you and for our working relationship, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Write to us at kaseagency@gmail.com or 052-816-2189 and we’ll handle your request.

We may update this page when the way the site works changes; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
